Confidentiality & Privacy

As a client of Charlene Oristanio LLC, you have a right to confidentiality and privacy. Your identifying health information will be protected as required by federal law. Potential limits of confidentiality will be explained to you in full during your first session.

Cancellations

24-hour notice is required to cancel any appointment without a penalty. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the full session charge.

Emergency Situations

I am not not to be used for emergency situations. If you or others are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, dial 911 immediately.

Telehealth

I am currently licensed to operate in the state of New Jersey. Telehealth services are available for individuals who live in New Jersey.
